State Trading Corporation: New GM Suren Dayal: "Strengthening Governance and Transparency is Essential"

Suren Dayal, appointed as the General Manager of the State Trading Corporation (STC), officially took office on Monday, January 26. He succeeds Rajiv Servansingh, who submitted his resignation letter in November 2024.

A former minister and member of the Labour Party, Suren Dayal was recently honored with the prestigious title of Grand Officer of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean (GOSK) in recognition of his dedication and contributions in various fields.
