Trump Warns Iran That 'Time is Running Out' to Reach a Nuclear Deal
Donald Trump has warned Iran that "time is running out" to negotiate a deal regarding its nuclear program, following a gradual increase in U.S. military forces in the Gulf.
The U.S. President stated that a "massive armada" is swiftly heading towards Iran "with great power, enthusiasm, and determination," referring to a significant American naval fleet.
In response, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi indicated that the country's armed forces are prepared, "finger on the trigger," to "respond immediately and forcefully" to any aggression by land or sea.
Iran claims that its nuclear program is entirely peaceful and has repeatedly dismissed accusations from the U.S. and its allies that it is seeking to develop nuclear weapons.
