Road Safety: Points-Based License System Activated... and So Is Caution

The countdown has begun. Today, the Minister of Land Transport, Osman Mahomed, accompanied by his colleague in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Avinash Ramtohul, will conduct the soft launch of the points-based license system. However, the law will only come into full effect on January 31 at midnight.
