Vinod Seegum (Negotiator, GTU): "Education Should Not Become a Political Business"

Vinod Seegum, president of the All Civil Service Employees and Other Unions Federation (ACSEF) and negotiator for the Government Teachers’ Union, discusses the current state of the education sector.
