Gaza: At Least 32 Dead After Wave of Israeli Airstrikes
At least 32 people were killed in a wave of Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip on Saturday, according to local authorities. The civil defense agency, operated by Hamas, reported that women and children were among the victims. They added that during one attack, combat helicopters struck a tent housing displaced individuals in the southern city of Khan Younis. Palestinians described these strikes as the most violent since the implementation of the second phase of the ceasefire negotiated by U.S. President Donald Trump earlier this month. The Israeli army confirmed that a number of strikes were carried out in response to what it called a violation of the agreement by Hamas on Friday. Source: BBC
