Gaza: Israel Allows Reopening of Rafah Crossing This Sunday Under Strict Conditions

After more than a year and a half of near-total closure, the Rafah crossing, connecting the Gaza Strip to Egypt, will reopen on Sunday, February 1, but only for a limited passage of individuals and under strict conditions.
