NGO | Karousel, a Shelter for Homeless Women: Breaking the Isolation of Vulnerable Women

Mélanie Valère Cicéron, a dedicated social activist and president of the NGO Passerelle, has launched Karousel, a center aimed at providing shelter for homeless women or those in precarious situations. Inspired by the Samu Social model from France, Karousel opened its doors last November in Belle-Rose. The center operates every day of the week as a place of action.
