Digital Governance: A National Strategy to Strengthen Public Trust

On the sidelines of World Data Protection Day, the Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation (MITCI), in collaboration with the Data Protection Office (DPO), officially launched the Mauritius National Data Strategy 2025–2029 on Wednesday, January 28 in Ébène, under the theme "A New Era of Trust." This new national strategy outlines the country's long-term vision for responsible governance of data.
