Agricultural Revitalization: Arvin Boolell Paves the Way for Modern Agriculture

On January 15, Minister of Agro-Industry, Food Security, Blue Economy, and Fisheries, Arvin Boolell, emphasized the importance of labor in the agricultural revitalization efforts during an event held in Réduit.

The meeting, organized by the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority (MCIA) with support from the Food and Agricultural Research and Extension Institute, the Small Farmers Welfare Fund, and the Mauritius Cooperative Agricultural Federation Ltd, brought together sugarcane growers and stakeholders to discuss strategies for modernizing agriculture.
