Climate, Ocean, and Training: Australia Expands Cooperation with Mauritius
On Australia Day, the Australian High Commission in Mauritius hosted a large gathering of guests on January 28 at the Intercontinental Resort in Balaclava. The reception was organized to celebrate the Australian national day, which is observed annually on January 26, and was attended by the President of the Republic, Dharam Gokhool, Deputy Prime Minister Paul Bérenger, as well as Foreign Minister Ritish Ramful. Several individuals participated in discussions about climate, ocean conservation, and educational collaboration between Australia and Mauritius.
