Constance Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Gabriel Juneau as the General Manager of Constance Le Chaland, the new luxury establishment managed by Constance Hotels & Resorts on the southeast coast of Mauritius. This appointment marks a significant milestone in the transition of the hotel under the management of Constance Hospitality, effective from February 5, 2026. During this new phase, Gabriel will closely collaborate with the teams to instill the hotel group’s service standards and culture while maintaining the hotel’s identity.

With over 15 years of international experience in Canada, China, the United Arab Emirates, Madagascar, and Seychelles, Gabriel Juneau brings a strong blend of operational discipline, leadership, and excellence in customer experience. Prior to his appointment at Constance Le Chaland, he served as Hotel Manager at Constance Lemuria Seychelles, overseeing the operational division of this flagship property. Previously, he was Resort Manager at Constance Tsarabanjina Madagascar, where he successfully led this hotel located on a remote island, achieving excellent customer satisfaction scores and strong employee engagement.

As the hotel embarks on this new chapter, Constance Hospitality will gradually bring to life its distinctive DNA, characterized by a warm and natural luxury, authentic service, attention to detail, and a strong sense of belonging.
