Constance Hospitality Announces the Appointment of Gabriel Juneau as General Manager of Constance Le Chaland

Constance Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Gabriel Juneau as the General Manager of Constance Le Chaland, the new luxury property managed by Constance Hotels & Resorts on the southeast coast of Mauritius. This appointment marks a significant milestone in the hotel’s transition under the management of Constance Hospitality, effective February 5, 2026. During this new phase, Gabriel will closely work with the teams to establish the hotel group’s standards and service culture while preserving the hotel's unique identity.

With over 15 years of international experience in Canada, China, the UAE, Madagascar, and the Seychelles, Gabriel Juneau offers a robust combination of operational discipline, leadership, and excellence in customer experience. Before his role at Constance Le Chaland, he served as the Hotel Manager of Constance Lemuria Seychelles, overseeing the operational division of this flagship property. Previously, he was the Resort Manager at Constance Tsarabanjina Madagascar, where he successfully led this resort located on a remote island, achieving excellent customer satisfaction scores and strong employee engagement.

As the hotel embarks on this new chapter, Constance Hospitality will gradually bring its distinctive DNA to life, characterized by a warm and natural luxury lifestyle, authentic service, attention to detail, and a strong sense of belonging.

In the same vein, Constance Hospitality announces the appointment of Guito Simiette as the Hotel Manager of Constance Le Chaland. He will serve as Gabriel Juneau’s right-hand man. With over twenty years of experience in luxury hospitality within Constance Hospitality, Guito brings substantial operational expertise combined with a deeply human approach to leadership. Trained in hotel management and marketing at the Mauritius Hotel School, he has held key operational roles while being in direct contact with guests within the group and has also gained international experience in the Seychelles. After recently serving as the Hotel Manager of C Rodrigues Mourouk, he joins Constance Le Chaland to work closely with the teams to provide guests with an authentic and memorable experience.
