Grand-Baie: Two Suspects Arrested After a Series of Thefts

Clarel Donovan Louis Rima, 32, and Juliana Juliette, 21, were arrested following a police operation conducted by the Divisional Crime Intelligence Unit Northern. This came after several thefts and attempted burglaries reported in January and February 2026 in Grand-Baie. The duo is suspected of riding a black motorcycle to target their victims.

Among the incidents reported is the theft of a mobile phone on a beach in early January and an armed robbery.
