Series of Thefts in Goodlands: Denis Zidane Jean Arrested After Months of Investigation

Denis Zidane Jean, a 25-year-old resident of Résidence Ste-Clair, was arrested on Tuesday, February 3rd. Since October 2025, the Goodlands area has been plagued by a troubling series of burglaries and thefts, targeting both private homes and institutions. Gold jewelry, mobile phones, cash, electronic devices, and other valuables have been stolen during several incidents reported to the police, often occurring at night or in the early hours.
