Constitutional Review Commission: A Multidisciplinary Team Established

The government has approved the composition of the Constitutional Review Commission, tasked with examining the country's constitutional framework. This body will be chaired by former Chief Justice Y. K. J. Yeung Sik Yuen (GOSK), who brings extensive experience in the judiciary and a mastery of constitutional law. The Commission will bring together experts from the legal, academic, and civil society sectors. Yanilla Moonshiram (SC), Chair of the Law Reform Commission and a legal practitioner, is among the members.
