Seven-Year-Old Boy Found Wandering at Night: Mother Placed in Rehabilitation Center

On January 31st, a seven-year-old boy was found wandering alone on the streets at night in Résidence Mangalkhan. The alert was raised last Saturday around 11:20 PM. In the deserted streets of Cité Mangalkhan, the frail silhouette of a young child walking alone caught the attention of local residents. The Floréal police were notified, and the child was escorted to Victoria Hospital in Candos for examination.

He underwent medical tests to check for any signs of abuse. Meanwhile, child protection services initiated an investigation to trace his parents. The Family Protection Brigade's investigation revealed a concerning domestic situation.

The mother is reported to be struggling with drug addiction, and the child had been left to fend for himself without supervision.
