HLB Survey of Business Leaders 2026: 8 out of 10 Leaders Bet on Growth Despite Volatility
Despite an unstable economic context, business leaders remain resolutely optimistic: 88% believe in their company's growth, and more than half anticipate an economic acceleration. However, cybersecurity remains a major concern, prompting companies to reassess their investment priorities for 2026.

Each year, through this global study, HLB provides an in-depth analysis of the mindsets of more than 1,100 top executives across 35 countries, including Mauritius. This year's results are particularly relevant. "They highlight a fundamental shift in how organizations operate in a world where volatility is no longer a temporary disruption but a permanent operating environment," says HLB.
