At the Heart of the News - Synthetic Drugs: Is the Fight Already Lost?

Have we already lost the battle against synthetic drugs? This question will be at the center of the show "At the Heart of the News" this afternoon, following the circulation of several shocking videos showing young people under the influence of synthetic drugs.
