FCC Operation in Goodlands: the "Du Toit 2" Boat Secured

The Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) located the boat "Du Toit 2" on the northern coast this Thursday evening, suspected to belong to the Poum Luchoo team. After an on-site inspection at the seaside, the FCC issued directives to secure the boat in preparation for its possible towing to the Triangle of Réduit.

Teams from the National Coast Guard (NCG), deployed at the location, are currently monitoring the boat.

Poum Luchoo was apprehended by FCC members during an operation conducted in Goodlands on Thursday, March 5. During this intervention, investigators seized several suitcases and pieces of evidence. Several vehicles, including a Ford Ranger, as well as a significant amount of money, were also confiscated as part of this money laundering investigation.

Two other suspects have also been arrested by the FCC.
