Breach of ICTA: Ashwan Lalljee to Appear in Moka Court This Monday

Ashwan Lalljee, arrested on Saturday for "Breach of ICTA", will be presented before the Moka court this Monday for his provisional indictment. This resident of Batimarais is facing two complaints filed by his ex-partner.

In a first statement recorded on February 11, the complainant claims that a friend sent her a video in which Ashwan Lalljee states that her deceased husband was involved in the murder of Soopramanien Kistnen and also in that of Manan Fakoo.

A second complaint was filed on February 24. The woman alleges that the suspect called her and made threats against her and her daughter.

It is worth noting that Ashwan Lalljee, also known as Pritvee Lalljee, swore an affidavit last week in which he claims to have information regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of Soopramanien Kistnen, a former political agent of the MSM.
