Following an investigation by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC), 27-year-old Marie Anne Kelly Desales, a resident of Père-Laval Lane in Beaux-Songes, has been arrested on suspicion of money laundering, in violation of Articles 36 and 38 of the Financial Crimes Commission Act 2023.
