Fatal Assault in a Care Home in Curepipe: A Woman Confesses

On Tuesday, March 10th, a 33-year-old resident was found dead in the bathroom of a care home located in Curepipe. According to reports, she had injuries on her neck. When the police arrived at the scene, they discovered that the bathroom door lock had been forcibly opened, leading investigators to suspect foul play.

An autopsy conducted by forensic doctors Dr. Sudesh Kumar Gungadin and Dr. Prem Chamane revealed that the cause of death was strangulation.

It has come to our attention that a resident of the care home has been arrested and confessed during her interrogation. The investigation is ongoing to determine the motive behind this murder.
