Agreement Signed with UNDP: $4.4M Grant for Mandatory Energy Audits

A funding agreement amounting to $4,432,164 was signed yesterday at the Caudan Arts Centre between the Mauritian government and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) under the auspices of the Global Environment Facility (GEF). This agreement, titled "Realising Energy Savings and Climate Benefits of Implementing Mandatory Energy Auditing in the Republic of Mauritius," aims to enhance energy efficiency and address climate change issues in the region.
