March 12: Para-athlete Yovanni Philippe Achieves MSK Rank

On March 12, para-athlete Yovanni Philippe, one of the honorees of the Republic, expressed his deep gratitude for the recognition of his efforts as an athlete. He has been awarded the MSK (Member of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean).

"I am very pleased to receive this honor. It is a recognition of my efforts as an athlete who has represented the country. I will continue to raise the national flag high," stated the only Mauritian medalist at the Paralympic Games.
