THE THREE SUSPECTS RELEASED ON BAIL

A third defendant, Chandra Varma Kanhye, also known as Neelesh, aged 29, faces a separate charge of conspiracy to commit murder. He has also pleaded not guilty. His defense is handled by Mes Rishi Hurdowar and Rayan Proag.

The three accused are currently out on bail. For the trial, a list of 53 witnesses has been prepared.
