Environment Act 2024: Revision of Environmental Law: Public Responds to the Call

The public consultation launched as part of the revision of the Environment Act 2024 has generated significant interest. By the close of the consultation period on March 5, nearly fifty proposals had been submitted since the call for contributions opened on January 30.

This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management, and Climate Change's commitment to engage the population and various stakeholders in the environmental decision-making process.
