Paul Bérenger Discusses Reza Uteem and Ritesh Ramphul as Potential Finance Ministers

"I believe that Reza Uteem and Ritesh Ramphul would make excellent Finance Ministers," stated Paul Bérenger to the press following the MMM's central committee meeting held Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Mauve leader, Labour Minister Reza Uteem is well-suited for the finance portfolio, being a specialist in financial matters and having chaired the Public Accounts Committee (PAC). He has also contributed to the development of several budgets within the MMM.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasizes that "it is always preferable for a Finance Minister to have a strong grasp of financial affairs."
