Among the most significant findings, several large-scale energy projects are experiencing considerable delays. The installation of 10 MW solar systems, planned every three years, has only been partially completed, with only a few projects finished in 2018, 2024, and 2025.

Other major initiatives, such as the 60 MW hybrid Stor’Sun plants, the 14 MW solar project at the airport, and the Amaury storage system, are progressing slowly or have stalled entirely.
