On the occasion of World Meteorological Day, celebrated on March 23 under the theme "Observing Today, Protecting Tomorrow," emphasis is placed on the urgent need to adapt observation tools in response to increasingly unstable weather conditions.

In a context where climate change heightens the unpredictability of weather phenomena, the Vacoas station is intensifying its efforts to improve the accuracy of its forecasts. The goal is clear: to better anticipate risks in order to enhance the safety of the population.
