Assault in Piton: A Suspect Arrested, Victim's Condition Considered Serious

A suspect has been arrested following the assault of a 28-year-old man at the NHDC of Piton, which occurred on April 5th. The assailant, aged 36, confessed to the crime during his interrogation.

He was charged in court yesterday and granted conditional release, which includes several obligations, such as reporting daily to the Piton police station.

The victim, aged 28, remains hospitalized in serious condition.
