Weather: Partly Cloudy with Localized Showers Expected This Monday
A light breeze is blowing across our region, and some clouds from the east are crossing the island this morning. The weather will be partly cloudy today with occasional showers in the east, north, and on higher grounds, according to the weather bulletin from the Vacoas station issued this Monday, April 13.
Cloud development is expected in the afternoon on the western part of the island and on the central plateau, with localized showers. These showers could be temporarily moderate, while the weather elsewhere will remain partly cloudy.
The maximum temperature will be slightly above average, ranging from 26 to 28 degrees Celsius in higher areas and from 30 to 33 degrees Celsius along the coastal regions.
The sky will be clear during the night.
The minimum temperature will range from 19 to 21 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and from 23 to 25 degrees Celsius on the coast.
The wind will blow from the east at about 15 km/h, becoming variable during the night.
The sea will be rough beyond the reefs, with swells from the southwest around 2 meters.
