Pack & Blister Case: Dr. Zouberr Joomaye Questioned "Under Warning" by the FCC
This week, the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) has resumed its investigation into the Pack & Blister case. Dr. Zouberr Joomaye, a former advisor in the Prime Minister's Office during the previous administration, was questioned "under warning" for several hours on Monday.
He was interrogated regarding the acquisition of ventilators from the Pack & Blister brand, purchased by the government for 77.9 million rupees during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During his questioning by the FCC investigators, Dr. Zouberr Joomaye provided explanations about the circumstances and decisions made at that time concerning this contract.
At the end of his interrogation, he was allowed to leave but is expected to be summoned again as the investigation continues.
