Allegations of Sexual Abuse of Minors: A Suspect Arrested

Jean Richard Percy Duval was arrested on Friday, April 10, by the Rivière-Noire police for alleged sexual abuse of minors. To date, two complaints have been filed by the victims, recounting incidents that date back approximately 10 to 13 years.

The two alleged victims reported that they were targeted by this man while spending the night at their friend’s house, the daughter of the suspect. The statements were recorded at the Central Criminal Investigation Department. Since then, the suspect has been provisionally charged with "Causing Child to be Sexually Abused" and remains in custody.
