In Sainte-Croix: Over a Kilogram of Heroin Seized, Suspect on the Run

A significant operation by the ADSU led to the seizure of over a kilogram of heroin in Sainte-Croix on Wednesday, April 15, around 7 PM, following an intervention at the Abercrombie Nursery along Nicolay Road. A 23-year-old motorcyclist from Résidence Bois-Marchand, Terre-Rouge, and his passenger, a minor, were involved. The minor was apprehended and taken to the ADSU office at Abercrombie, where she was searched and interrogated in the presence of relatives.

The police are currently on the lookout for the motorcyclist, who managed to escape during the operation. The investigation is ongoing to track him down and uncover further details about the heroin's origin and distribution.
