Flour Export Permit: Comorian Abdoulhakim Moindze Arrested by the FCC

Abdoulhakim Moindze, a 40-year-old Comorian resident of Baie-du-Tombeau, was arrested on Saturday, April 18, following an investigation by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC). He is accused of making false statements to obtain a flour export permit for the Comoros.

In his statement, Abdoulhakim Moindze allegedly claimed that the flour would be sent to the Comoros as a donation. However, he reportedly diverted subsidized flour and was involved in other related activities.
