Drowning: An Unidentified Body Recovered Off Caudan

On Saturday, April 18, around 4 PM, port security officers aboard the HDB H12 recovered the body of a man near the Caudan esplanade in Port Louis. The victim, suspected to be homeless, has not yet been formally identified. The port police have launched an investigation into the suspected drowning. Investigations are ongoing.
