Leptospirosis: A Fourth Death Recorded Since the Start of the Year

A fourth death linked to leptospirosis has been recorded since the beginning of the year. The victim was a 63-year-old man from Roche-Bois. He was admitted to Dr. A.G. Jeetoo Hospital on April 14, where he was placed in the intensive care unit in critical condition due to complications related to the disease. He passed away on Tuesday, April 21.
