Mare-Chicose: Stricter Sanctions Considered for Non-Compliance, Says Rajesh Bhagwan

Rajesh Bhagwan stated that sanctions could become stricter in cases of non-compliance, following the Cabinet's decision on Friday, April 24, to issue a warning letter to the SOTRAVIC/STRATA group. This action comes after the company's performance was deemed unsatisfactory in relation to the Mare-Chicose landfill site extension project. A report from the consultant COWI-Luxconsult identified several breaches of contractual obligations.
