Hajj 2026: Shakeel Mohamed Announces Changes for Greater Accessibility

Shakeel Mohamed has announced a series of changes aimed at making the Hajj more accessible and smoother. This announcement was made this Sunday at SSR Airport. The minister in charge of Hajj was present alongside the 330 pilgrims who boarded the plane to Saudi Arabia. He also addressed the cancellation of visas for Mauritians under the age of 15, describing it as a significant challenge that has ultimately been successfully overcome, according to him.
