Oil Spill at the Port: Between 200 and 500 Liters Leaked

An oil leak from a pipeline owned by Engen Ltd occurred on Friday in the port area, near La Paix stream. The Ministry of Environment reported that it was notified of the incident at 3:34 PM by the Mauritius Ports Authority (MPA), although the leak reportedly happened earlier, around 1:10 PM.
