ENS (Mauritius) defends itself and states that it is aware of the report published by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) following complaints filed by Nadrah Bintee Diouman-Ameer and Mushiirah Hanna Humeirah Aubdoollah. In a statement, the company maintains that regarding its dress policy, no restrictions are imposed and employees are free to adopt attire that is in accordance with their religious practices.
