Jewelry Theft in Flacq: A Senior Woman Suspects Her Housekeeper

A 61-year-old retiree living in Flacq reported the theft of several gold pieces that were kept in a drawer at her home. According to her statement made to the local police, the theft is believed to have occurred between February 16 and 20. The estimated value of the stolen jewelry is around Rs 400,000. The complainant suspects her housekeeper, a 50-year-old resident of Poste de Flacq. An investigation has been launched.
