In a neighborhood where a church bell mysteriously disappears, dogs are returned to their owner without notice, and pigs have taken on the role of escape artists, the community has inadvertently found itself at the center of a rather noisy investigation, even in the absence of the bell. Bois-Marchand has become the scene of a series of incidents involving multiple reported thefts from early to late May, including the disappearance of belongings, money, and animals under suspicious circumstances.
