Savona International Meeting: Athletics: Rachel Klopfenstein Starts with Two Records

Now representing Mauritius, Rachel Klopfenstein made historic debuts in Savona, Italy, on Thursday evening. Kicking off her competition series for May and June at the Savona International Meeting, the FSG Bassecourt athlete set two initial records: a Mauritian national record and a meeting record.

Clocking a time of 1:59.82 in the 800m, Rachel Klopfenstein has already made her mark on Mauritian athletics.
