For those over 20: Disability: a proposed allowance of Rs 7,500

"Mauritian society has made significant progress, but we must improve how we treat people with disabilities." This was the call to action from Ashok Subron, the Minister of Social Integration and Social Security, during a symposium focused on developing a national policy for individuals with disabilities aged 20 and over, held yesterday at the Docks in Port Louis. Several non-profit organizations participated in the discussion.
