Krishen Virasami's journey to the position of Resort Manager proves that with determination, dreams can become reality. He began at Tamassa Bel Ombre as a Finance Manager and quickly established himself as an indispensable leader due to his mastery of the financial workings of the hospitality industry and his unwavering commitment to operational excellence. Since starting in 2008, he has climbed the ladder with rigor and passion, successively holding the positions of Finance Assistant, Assistant Financial Controller, and Financial Controller. Each step has strengthened his expertise and honed his leadership skills.

If there is a story that embodies the spirit of Tamassa Bel Ombre, it is that of Nishad Potyram. After 18 years of service at the resort, he has now risen to the position of Operations Manager, an impressive evolution marked by perseverance and passion. Nishad started his hospitality career humbly as a public area cleaner and room attendant. Through determination and professionalism, he climbed the ranks, becoming Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper, and then Rooms Division Manager.

"This journey has been simply incredible," Nishad reflects emotionally on his career. "I have been fortunate to be surrounded by leaders who guided me and believed in me, as well as a team that has always felt like family. Without their support, I wouldn't be here today. I will always cherish the trust placed in me. Tamassa Bel Ombre is my home, my foundation, my inspiration for 18 years. Every step I have taken has been with one goal: to improve this resort, for our guests and our staff.
