Nasser Beekhy's Court Appearance This Friday

Nasser Osman Beekhy arrived at the Port-Louis courthouse on Friday, November 14. This visit was for his request for bail.

The resident of Vallée-des-Prêtres is accused of conspiracy. He allegedly made an agreement with David Jean Christian Thomas, described as a close associate of the Malagasy tycoon Maminiaina (Mamy) Ravatomanga, to meet with lawyer Junaid Haroon Fakim. This meeting was purportedly intended to interfere with an ongoing investigation. The offense is said to have occurred on October 15, 2025.
