Gaming Sector: Lottotech Boosts Jackpots to Revive Appeal and Redistribution

For the first time since the launch of the National Lottery in 2009, Lottotech, a subsidiary of the Gamma Group, is increasing the initial jackpots for both Loto and Loto Plus. This significant decision will take effect starting with the draw on December 20, 2025, marking a new phase in the strategy to modernize the island's most popular gambling game.

The initial jackpots will see a notable increase: from Rs 5 million to approximately Rs 8 million for Loto and from Rs 3 million for Loto Plus.
