Money Laundering: Sattar Hajee Abdoula Released on Bail

After spending a night at the Moka detention center, Sattar Hajee Abdoula was released on Tuesday, December 2nd. He had to pay two bail amounts of Rs 500,000 each and sign an acknowledgment of debt for Rs 1.5 million.

He must remain available for the investigation by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC), report to the police station on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, and refrain from tampering with evidence.

The case involves an alleged money laundering of Rs 3.6 million.
