MSAW: Burned Bones and Dog Skull Found in a Northern Shelter

Following a complaint regarding dangerous dogs at a northern shelter, the Mauritius Society for Animal Welfare (MSAW) intervened early on the morning of Friday, December 12, accompanied by the police. Upon arrival, officers encountered a shocking situation, both in terms of the condition of the site and the living conditions of the animals.

Initial findings revealed that over 60 dogs were present at the location without access to water or food.
